This project was a very large, three-story preschool and children’s building on the existing church campus on Pelham Road near I-85 in Greenville Due to the cost and availability of land in that area, the church had to go up instead of out. This building cost approximately $77 per square foot, excluding site work and furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
